Recruit Checklist

This is the abbreviated checklist of requirements to be enrolled in the MSAR training course as a route to membership and is intended to provide a quick reference. Once you complete the application and provide an email address, we will be able to follow your progress. We will be in communication as you take responsibility for timely completion of each step.

  • Complete Application: APPLICATION

  • Payment of $50 non-refundable application fee - include applicant name in payment note

    • Venmo: @MSAR2014  -or- 

    • Paypal: @mauisearchandrescue. -or-

    • Mail check to: PO Box 6372, Kahului HI 96732

  • Clear Background Check: You pay online service $42.50 charge and results are sent directly to MSAR TrueHire

  • Complete MSAR Board Interview via Zoom: This will be scheduled with you once above steps are completed 

  • Complete and pass FEMA ICS-100 online free classes: FEMA100
